Refund policy

Returns
If your item is damaged or defective, you may be entitled to a return. Return requests must be lodged within 7 days of receiving the item. Currently, we cannot accept returns for change-of-mind.

Any items requesting a return must be in the same condition in which they were sent; unworn and unused, and in the original packaging. 

To start a Return Request, please email us at info@practicescene.com with "Return Request" in the email subject.

In your email, include:

  • the order number
  • the name of the item (as listed on website) 
  • the size of the item
  • the damage/defect(s) observed
  • supporting images of damage/defect(s)

If the return request is approved, we will supply you with the postal return address. Your item(s) must then be posted out within 5 business days. Once we've received the item(s), we will begin inspection and update via email whether you are eligible for a refund or store credit, or not.

Exchanges
We currently do not offer exchanges.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or any specified No Returns items.

European Union 14-day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable), and in its original packaging. Please follow the relevant steps listed above to begin processing your return.
